Is it cheating if u use my knees to push for shoulder press? 🤔
Incline bench:
32.5kgx6, 40kgx5, 50kgx8, 60kgx 7, (tried to get 70 for 4-5 but I couldn’t even move it. Should have done it on barbell instead I guess), 55kgx5
Side dealt raise 15kg - 7x3
Dips: 15kg weighted 6x3
Chest press machine: 100kgx3, 80kgx6 50kgx8
Tricep extension and overhead tricep push thingy dunno what the actual name is 😳
