I’m probs gonna start the UHF9 workout in 2-3 weeks cause I’m 100% not gonna be consistent until then. Coursework and labs have started to be hench now 😭
But yesterday’s:
Shoulder press: 45kgx4, 52.5kgx3, 57.5kgx1, 55kgx3, 52.5kgx3, 50kgx3, 45kgx5, 42.5kgx5, 40kgx6

Is it cheating if u use my knees to push for shoulder press? 🤔

Incline bench:
32.5kgx6, 40kgx5, 50kgx8, 60kgx 7, (tried to get 70 for 4-5 but I couldn’t even move it. Should have done it on barbell instead I guess), 55kgx5

Side dealt raise 15kg - 7x3

Dips: 15kg weighted 6x3

Chest press machine: 100kgx3, 80kgx6 50kgx8

Tricep extension and overhead tricep push thingy dunno what the actual name is 😳

supposed to do deadlifts yesterday but i was waaaay too tired for some reason - got 8 hours sleep though
bent over rows: 60kgx12, 70kgx10, 80kgx8, 85kgx5, 75kgx6, 60kgx7
pullups: 8x4
close grip lat pulldown: 10, 8, 6 - forgot what weights i did tho lol
rear dealt flies: 8x3
biceps
hanging leg raise: 8x3

the gym is kinda on a hiatus for now as i kinda injured my knees and elbows 😅 (plus i keep forgetting to post)
but last week i hit 160kg deadlift 3x3 150kgx10 140kgx12 (i didnt follow the plan for this one)
pullups - 3x10
bent over rows - 90kgx6 80kgx8 70kgx10
biceps curls 20kg 3x8
hanging leg raises (knees as close as possible to chest) - me and my friend were tryna compete - i got 35 reps with 10kg dumbells, someone challenge me? lmao

Aahhh ty I was like screw it let me get some heavy ass volume because I had a huge meal before hand.

Ohh I hit deadlift on Wednesday last week, then I had a slight skateboarding accident on Thursday, so I’m kind of crippled rn 😅
ight welp i may as well try bodyweight workouts now as gyms are all closed near me :'(
