U.K. should go into FULL lockdown
This isn’t a full lockdown people are still allowed out, let’s not half do it. Just shut it down for 2-3 weeks instead of this half a**ed attempt that will last months.
All these people ‘working’ from home or getting government money should be doing duty work, supermarkets close have these people take calls for orders. If you can’t say what you need over the phone, you don’t need it. Everyone in supermarkets are overshopping, I saw people buying candles the other day. All shop workers can assist and others ‘working’ from home can do deliveries (with correct safety measures ofc!)
Anyone going out should need a permission slip/fill out a time stamped online form with a valid reason that the police can validate. Let’s just do this properly and get the damn thing over with!
