Paypal

I'm 16. Is it possible to have a Paypal account to store money without a credit/debit card? Cause I'm kinda scared to ask my parents to set up an account for me, and I don't have a card.

Probably a stupid question.

yes but once they realise you arent 18, usually happens after you have transferred a total of 2.5k, they will close your account but you can keep your money. eventually they will ask for ID and your account will always be closed since you made it before u were 18

Legally, no. As the other user said if/when they find out you opened the account under age they'll close it (its a pain when they do that)

You could always open up a savings account with your current bank. At least that way you can also earn some interest on it (not much but some)
