Since NCS isn’t going ahead as planned this year, will it matter to my Universities that I didn’t attend?

I believe universities are going to take this into consideration and will focus on other aspects of your application

Legit not a single univerisity job etc even cares about ncs if you really want some form of activity down do dofe

I think universities may expect applications to be a little weaker in the next cycle just because people haven't been able to pursue the extra-curriculars/internships/jobs they wanted. I wouldn't worry too much, just focus on what you have and make the academic part of your application stronger (whether that be through grades or further reading/understanding). If any online internships come up that might be a good shout.
