Will I be able to get into university?

I am currently studying BTEC extended level 3 certificates in sport, health & social care and public services. I’m in year 12 so it is too late to change my studies but I am worried if I won’t get into university to study midwifery based on my qualifications.

Your courses seem fine. Most universities I've looked at for reference are looking for DDM-DDD in a BTEC Extended Diploma, so if you can achieve those sort of grades with your current course you'll be grand. Most state that there needs to be biology-based units within your BTEC, but if you're doing Health & Social Care, there should be appropriate biology units within that. (and of course I'm talking generally, check the entry req's of your chosen uni:smile:)

Midwifery is very competitive, so on top of getting your qualifications it may also be a good idea to get some work experience or shadowing within a healthcare setting:smile:
thank you!💞
