Interior Design or Architecture

I'm interested in both of these careers but I just wanted to find out some information about them? Here are the main things that I want to know but any advice would be great.

1) How do A-level subjects differ between the two professions?

2) Does architecture have better career prospects and salary than interior design?

3) Which career is the least competitive?
1) With Architecture you need A-Levels like Art, Maths, Physics (etc) with Interior Design, you only need Art as an A-Level
2) Architecture is more complex than Interior Design so higher salary
3) Interior Design

To become an architect you need very high A-Levels in subjects like Maths, Physics and Art. Universities have very high entry requirements for doing an Architecture course especially since it's a 7 years (understandably) whereas Interior Design is 3 years which is the average.
