EPQ

Has anyone done their EPQ on gender pay gap and roles for men and women regarding promotions in their work place ie do more men get higher paid jobs than women?
If so how did you find it and where did you get your sources from. Please could you send me any book suggestions or specific websites documentaries etc to look at thank you!
