Fine art at uni

I’m thinking of doing a fine art degree at uni, I’m particularly looking at the Solent uni and Southampton uni. However I have science and maths A levels as aposed to creative A levels, I was hoping to come up with a portfolio and maybe doing a foundation course but I can’t seem to find one for Southampton so I was wondering if there is one? I’m also under the impression that Southampton uni is better than the Solent? Also how relevant would the entry requirements be particularly for Southampton as it’s BBB but sciences are difficult so if I got BBC or something marginally worse could I still get on the course provided I have a good portfolio?

Clearing and Applications Advisor

Southampton City College offers an art and design foundation diploma. You would be able to apply for any art and design course with that qualification (and it will include help with putting together a portfolio)
