Degree in Law and Masters in English Literature?

I'm currently undertaking a degree in Law and I'm aiming to get a 1st hopefully by the end, however I wanted to know if it's still possible for me to do a masters in english literature?

In A-Levels I got an A in literature and at GCSE level I got a grade 8.

I did want to do a degree in english literature, but due to issues with family have chosen to do a law degree. Yet, do I still have the option open to do the masters in english literature and at what universities would this be possible? Would this be possible at UCLAN?

just one example but google it? assume most courses are like this so I would say unlikely but may as well speak to the admissions tutor
not sure I would consider law and English a 'related subject', also there would be a huge step up from a level to masters degree

also what do you mean issues with family, why couldn't you just choose an english degree if that is what you wanted to do?
