Which are the top 3 UK universities for scientific research (without Oxf or Cmbrd)?

I don't know if I should go to Loughborough this year to do Natural Sciences or apply to Manchester to do Biomedical Sciences for next year (as this year will be probs virtual uni)?????????

I would like to do scientific research. Mainly cancer, neuroscience, and biomedical science.
