Hi I have my portfolio in pptx file but the uni only accepts flickr/vimeo link, Word, PDF, Zip or Rar file. First I thought it would be best to make it PDF, but then I realised that it does not work for videos and GIF files. What do u guys think is the best format?

you mean zip ppt? How?
I mean select the file, right click, go to "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder", pick a file name and then send them the zipped ppt file
