Why Won’t Job Recruiter reply..
Is it just me or recruiters & job agencies are being extra slow lately ?!
I have applied to countless jobs and positions but right now no one is really getting back to me.
I was feeling so hopeless that i even applied to a volunteering position mostly for students ( not one ) and had an “ interview” to be told i was gonna be given tasks on friday which i didnt, and today monday I get an email back saying my application was unsuccessful! this isnt even paid for gods sake! whats wrong with people ... 🤦*♀️
should I keep applying ln Linkedin ? I updated my whole page there + CV. Or should I stick to other job pages? Should I message the recruiters directly ? Ive tried a few times, rarely get replies.

I expect it is a mixture of being overwhelmed with the number of applications, and for some companies, using the pandemic as an excuse.
