Yes your a victim of fraud you haven’t done anything wrong so most likely you get an account

Someone has used my card for fraud and the bank blocked my card and o tried apply for another account I was t able to and I applied for another bank they didn’t accept me. So I’m not sure how to tell people that it wasn’t my fault and if there’s a way to get a bank account.

Call the bank and talk to them about it

They shouldn’t do that if that happens I think you need to go to a new bank
