King's Business School accommodation recommendation

Hi I'm doing an MSc course at KCL from this September and am looking for an accommodation to book.

I want a small en-suite room or a studio near campus, but can't tell which one is the most accessible to KBS. I guess it is on Strand campus and it doesn't seem like there's no school accommodation near that campus.

Is there any accommodation you can recommend me? My priority is the type of room(en-suite/studio), accessibility(afraid of hate crimes as an East Asian atm), and then hygiene(no rats)
