Appendices tend to be where you park all the tables, graphs, illustrations, etc. that you don't need to would like to point out from your work.
I would break teh appendices into subsections, where each section is referencing one table/graph/illustration.
e.g. A.1.2 could be for your table on data regarding growth cycles of embryos, and A.5.4 could be a graph you have copied (and referenced) from a journal article regarding the different levels of hormonal changes throughout pregnancy.
