Submitting my transcript

Hi all I'm in a bit of a pickle.

I have an offer for LSE MSC International and Asian History which I made.
Problem is LSE requests that my transcript to be sent directly from my school (University of Exeter) and they're taking they're sweet ass time to send my official transcripts even though its already mid July.

Is anyone having a similar issue?
