Is it better to live and work in medicine in the U.K. or US

Better as in working conditions, salary and the hospitals in general. I've heard that in the US u have to pay a lot for medical malpractice insurance and u might still get sued so

What are your priorities and what are you looking for in your work, life, etc, etc?

My assumption is that you are probably an applicant and therefore this is unlikely to be a question you're going to be able to answer meaningfully at present. No one can really say if they want to move to a country they've (presumably) never lived in to do a complex job they've never done before at the age of 17 or 18.
