University of East London - Filmmaking MA

Hello, I have gotten an unconditional letter from University of East London for Filmmaking MA. All the reviews I see online are not that good. Also they are old reviews. I want to be in London that's why I'm considering it, but is the university really that bad? Should I not accept the offer? Please HELP.
I have also applied to University for the creative arts, Portsmouth Uni, Oxford brooks. waiting to hear back.
