Firstly, please remove your student ID as this is a public platform and anyone is able to use your student ID and this is not what you need, especially for confidentiality purposes it's best to protect your identity.

Regarding your CAS, I suggest contacting the university and speaking to recruitment about this as they will be able to guide you further. The most accessible way to contact is using Livechat on the Coventry University website. Although it's you're unlikely to receive an immediate response, the university is aware of your message and will get back to you. Simply state your name, student ID, course and query. Furthermore, it's worth asking if you're eligible to commence your studies online in case things take longer than usual. This will help with any stress or anxiety around starting term.
