The Student Room Group

KPMG - Delivering Outcomes online assessment Experience 2022

The entire session was based on a case study - A tech product app (coffee maker).

1) 2 emails - The first email was to provide recommendations to a colleague for a cloud service for the app by analysing three cloud service providers. The second email was to reply to the app development team regarding a bug that needs attention 48hrs prior to the app launch.

2) 4 recorded videos - The first video was to provide assurance to the product company on how KMPG plans to provide service, expertise and resources. The second video was to give a suggestion during a group discussion on to communicate important information regarding the product with senior executives of the company. The Third video was to introduce yourself to a colleague. The fourth interview was to talk about KPMG and how your strengths align with the role of students attending a grad recruitment fair.

3) In-between emails and recorded videos comes behaviour qsns as well.

Pro tip: Even though they only give two minutes to prepare for the video, all the tiles that require video to be recorded is given an appropriate title with which the candidate can almost figure out the question. Eg: the first video was named Stakeholder, so you can skim thru the info given prior to starting the video question.

And this is what you firstly need to do. Make some brief summary notes. Good luck.

Hi Richu.
Thank you for the information provided but I had a question involving your description of the video interview questions. In the first question you said you had to answer how KPMG plans to provide service, expertise and resources, is there extra information given to you for questions like this as it seems hard to answer without additional context. Thank you
