No? Both of those links talk of historical claims, not present ones while MPs, So if you wanted to force drug testing on them as a result of their past, well, you'd need to do it to every worker in the UK to be fair.. and as a result you'd lose maybe 30-40% of the labour force and need to pay for their unemployment one way or another. (drugs are popular)

Frankly I'd be far more keen to stop them drinking at work, as that does seem to have got too ingrained in their repeatedly loutish behaviour.
