Can doctor's read other doctor's handwriting?

Yes but it's increasingly becoming less and less necessary with electronic patient records and prescriptions. Still a useful skill to have though :wink:
In my experience the best people to ask to "translate" doctor's hieroglyphics are nurses :laugh:

Absolutely. Some of it is learning to read bad handwriting, but most of the skill is in understanding the context. If someone has scribbled some notes together about a patient, and I know their background, I can make out most of it. If they wrote a shopping list I'd have no chance.
