Cifas marker and working in the finance/law sector
I have a cat 6 misuse cifas marker and I am in the process of getting it removed.
In the event that it stays for the remaining 3 and a half years, I was wondering whether I am only blacklisted from companies that are Cifas members and that are part of the internal and national database or if it is essentially every company in England related to finance or law.

What process are you using to get it removed?
Phone them up and offer to pay a full and final settlement is one method. Another is to prove no involvement in the fraud.

I had no idea that for paying in full was an option how likely is that to work and has that worked before?
