Studying Medicine in Kyrgyzstan - Cheap Tuition?

Hi,
I am interested in studying Medicine in Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan. I am looking for a recognized University whose language of instruction is English. Would prefer advise from someone with first hand experience or close friend or relation who is currently studying there or has studied there before. Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

My Friend is studying in Kyrgyz State Academy, He is in his last year, He says its filled with Asian students and the living cost is very cheap.
