Learndirect repayment

Hi I signed up to LearnDirect (stupidly) & after getting to unit 5 I wanted to cancel. Tutor feedback was awful I had at least 3 tutors for one unit & all gave me conflicting information. At one point the head of the course took over and agreed the tutors feedback was wrong.

I emailed them to cancel and stopped my direct debit. They have been chasing me but at an old address now they have got my new address with
My parents & I have received a collections letter from UKSEARCHLIMITED.

Is there anyway this can not be paid? Not because I just don’t want to pay it but because I didn’t get what I signed up for when I started My course with them I was told one tutor per unit and 3 is ridiculous. It caused
Me a lot of stress and a lot of extra work for no reason whatsoever.

Any advice with this would be much appreciated.

Hello, may I ask what ended up happening? Because I'm in a similar situation but right now just thinking about cancelling partly becauseof the vagueness of the course and also poor tutor feedback.
