Is my husband financially dependent on me?

Hi,

So I am in the process of applying for teacher training finance.

It asks if a adult is financially dependent on me, I assume my husband is not as he works full time but wanted to check?

Also is says do either me or my husband who is also student care for a child under 20? We have young children at home so I assume I say yes?
