Computer Science at Birmingham vs Data Science at Bristol

Hi! I got an offer from Bristol for Data Science and one from Birmingham for computer science. Birmingham's also very good for computer science, but I just like Bristol as a city and I lived in Birmingham for 7 years, so want to try living somewhere else. Do y'all think going for Birmingham for computer science or moving to Bristol for Data science is better? I want to specialise in AI programming for robotics and I'm not sure about the career prospects of those two degrees yet.

Hi @sk0917 I totally understand, when I was applying for Universities this was on my mind also, as I have lived in Birmingham my whole life. My advise would be to create a pros and cons list for both social life(i.e, city) and course this will allow you to have an overview of everything as well as this I would recommend looking into taster days and potentially going to open days this will give you a insight about the course and how it will be in septemeber. From this you can see what is the best Uni for you. Hope this helps!

Do you know much about Data Science as a whole, I do not think it links much with Robotics, or at least not to my knowledge.
