My mom embarrassed me infront of my boyfriend while we were hanging out by slapping me when we came back home she told me never to have a boyfriend and am 18 years I don't know what to do and I don't want my boyfriend to leave me

Omg! Well you’re 18 now and old enough to make your own choices! She shouldn’t have slapped you I’m so sorry you went through that! Maybe explain to your mum the situation and explain to her how you felt to maybe ease some of the tesnsions
