Best way to find replacement tenants?
I attend the University of Manchester, and I signed a dual occupancy accommodation contract for next year, but I wish to end the contract. The condition for ending the contract is that I find replacement tenants (2 tenants, due to the dual occupancy). What's the best way of going about this?

Finding replacement tenants can be done in multiple ways. Posting in forums like this is always a good start but it's also worth posting on social media platforms. Some students opt to use sites like SpareRoom as well. I'd always recommend staying in touch with your accommodation team whenever you are looking for a replacement tenant, as they may be able to help or advise.
