Accidentally deleted previous UCAS Extra choice

I've applied previously to Manchester Met for Comp Sci, but haven't obtained a response for around a month, and was pressured by my mother to check up on Universities. I saw UCAS Extra say I can add a choice, so I decided to add Uni of Sussex. What I didn't know was that my previous application to Manchester Met was deleted, and I hoped to get a response in the upcoming weeks. Can I do anything at this point about Manchester or am I stuck with Sussex until about 3 weeks? It doesn't say that Met's is withdrawn but it's not in my active choices. Please can someone help
