Continuation of the question

"These goods are guaranteed for three months. Any other
warranty or condition, express or implied, as to the condition, description, quality or fitness of
these goods is hereby excluded from this contract of sale".

The computer and monitor were delivered to her office at Student Rental Co. and funds

computer and monitor home where she used them exclusively for her domestic purposes.
After four months the monitor developed significant faults and the screen became blurred in
several areas. Rachel has also discovered that the computer is not able to run as many of
the software packages that she had hoped to use on the machine. She demanded a full
refund for both products from Computer World, but they have denied any liability and are
refusing any compensation or remedy.
