Not received child trust fund- HELP

Hi, my birthday has been around 5 weeks ago and I’ve not yet received my child trust fund. I’ve called up my bank and they’ve told me to re submit my proof that I am me however that was 2 weeks ago. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to fasten the process?

You should be able to access it from the day you turn 18. Call them again.
