Breast puss/pimple?? Help please

Hi, I am a 17 year old female. The past 2-3 months I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting some kind of pimple thing on my breasts (like a yellow pimple- when I pop it the top layer of skin is really thin and peels off and the liquid is like thick watery yellow puss). I get the pimple for like a week and then it starts scabbing and comes off leaving scars- then a few weeks after I get it again in a different area of my breast. It’s not painful & I haven’t noticed any other issues such as bumps etc but I was just wondering if it was normal or if It’s something worth going to the GP about. I’ve also only noticed this on my breasts it hasnt appeared on any other area of my body so I was a bit concerned- if it is any help I am also not sexually active and have never been.
