Its hard, but its doable - if you are prepared to put the work in. Note, this work isn't just academically, but just as much when you are on placement. It is very tiring - mentally, physically and emotionally. But also very worthwhile.
We were told by our course leader a few months before we started the course "its not like doing a geography or a history degree". Three years later and I 100% agree with that. You have to want to do it, and you have to be prepared to work.
