There is no nationwide standard 11+ test. What part of the country are you in? They'll either be a test which is specific to that region or area, or the test will be specific to an individual school (or perhaps group of schools).

Sorry for the vague response, but without a common test, it's an impossible question your answer.

What's your specific concern?

I'd expect you would be marked on correct use of English. If you write "I taked part in my school sports day. I runned the 100 metre race and comed second. My friend John winned the race." (rather than "I took part in my school sports day. I ran the 100 metre race and came second. My friend John won the race."), then you're not going to score highly.
