weight lifting making me tired

Whenever I lift weights I feel tired the next day I wake up, I've lowered the intensity and that seems to help however I still feel some tiredness even after 7 hours of sleep, I had my blood sugar levels and all checked and it came out all fine so Idk what seem to be the problem.

If all was checkend and within normal ranges, could it be lack of oxygen during excercise? Maybe it makes sense to focus on breathing excercises.

Youre tired after exercise. this is normal
