Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Scotland?
Hi,
I am a trainee ACP in England but I consider moving to Scotland after completing my training. Unfortunately, there's a lack of open positions for ACPs but plenty offers for ANPs. However, although ANPs vacancies share the same level of professional requirements as ACPs, the pay band is lower (7 instead of 8a).
Could someone confirm that it's an official NHS policy or just my subjective observation please?
