I have an interview for an receptionist/finance assistant at a high school. I have an in tray task to do does anyone know what this would include

Can you elaborate?

When you are a receptionist of PA you usually have an in try and out tray. In tray is for documents/tasks that people need you to action. It may be to respond to a letter, to book an appointment, make a reservation, chase for an invoice etc. The out tray is where you place the document once you have actioned the task. or it can be an out tray where people pop post (already enveloped) for sending out.
