Counter Offerss
So I was headhunted by another firm which I have provisionally accepted. However, my current firm do not want to lose me, when I handed in my notice they reassured me that I am a valuable asset to the team and that they are going to make a counter offer.
Has anyone else been in this situation and then actually accepted the counter offer?
