I've moved your thread to the health forum - the medicine forum is for queries about applying to and studying a medical degree, and becoming a doctor.
Regarding the question itself, I'm not sure there is any over the counter "study medication" which has a guaranteed substantial effect. The kinds of medications that might have a direct and immediate effect on that are prescription medications designed for people with ADD/ADHD and similar.
