Is it possible to have an ONLY evaluate 16 mark psychology question?

I am doing the questions in the complete companion AQA workbook and this question is "Evaluate evolutionary explanations of human aggression" and the exam tip says this only says evaluate so all 16 marks are ao3... is this even possible? I thought all were split 6 AO1 10 AO3, unless there's a stem.

I'd still add a small AO1 paragraph just briefly explaining the evolutionary explanations and then move onto the AO3 as the main bit, e.g. going for 12/13 marks instead of your standard 10

Just going to hope we dont get a question like this, tbf I'm usually alright on time in psychology so it'd just be the longest essay of my life lol. Thanks!
