Can you get a nursing jobs after finishing bsc healh and social care.

I am currently studying health social care and working as a healthcare assistant, I also worked as dental nurse trainee. In future I want to be paediatric nurse. do I need to get any future training? or I can get the job straight away?

You need to do a pre-registration nursing degree to become a registered nurse (i.e. adult, mental health, child,or learning disability nurse). Degrees in Health and Social Care, whilst useful, don't actually qualify you for specific jobs.
