Psychology undergraduate degree

Good ev⁹ening,
I am looking to apply for the undergraduate degree in Psychology at the London Metropolitan University. I am a single mom of a two years old and I also work 3 days a week. I am looking to do the Psychology course part time because due to rent and cost of living I can't afford to leave my job. I don't have any family in London and my son's dad is not involved. I was wondering if anyone that has a similar situation can give me some feedback about their experiences. Is it doable or should I pick an online degree? I prefer the idea to come campus and attend lectures, but I am worried that with work and my son, it is going to be too complicated. I don't know what to expect from Uni. This will be my first degree and English is my second language.
