Universities for CS

I was wondering what universities do you deem to have good CS departments as many reviews I have seen of certain ones such as RHUL seem to be outdated by a few years and negative also other reviews I have seen follow this same trend. I am in year 12 and I'm looking to apply with grades A*BB (CS,Maths,Physics).
