Been a while since I did this – it this the mitotic index one?
My guess would be that your hypotheses would involve something to do with the mitotic index, e.g. null hypothesis: there is no difference between the numbers of cells observed in different stages of mitosis
And then your conclusion would refer back to your hypotheses, probably have something involving the calculated mitotic index.
Not sure what you've been taught to put in your evaluation – does it involve sources of error, accuracy, validity etc.?
