Are my GCSE's good enough for Cambridge economics?

I know my average grade is high but I'm concerned that my English grades will drag me down especially considering I attend a high achieving school.

Your English gcse shouldn’t be too much of a problem for Cambridge econ, especially as you have 9s in maths and sciences. Unis tend to look at A-Levels, so make sure those are good as well as personal statement and UCAS stuff.

Maths, Further Maths, Economics and History should be your 4 A-Levels, and admissions tutors will not care about your lacklustre GCSE English Language and English Literature grades.
