Shoosmiths Assessment Centre

Hi there,
I have my AC for Shoosmiths next week and I am incredibly nervous. I just finished my second year of uni and got offered the AC for the TC after my vac scheme application was rejected. Does anyone have any advice for any of the sections of the day (Paired and group exercise, written exercise, presentation and interview). Any advice is much appreciated as I have zero experience with this.

Hi, I am doing my AC in the London office but its in consideration for a Thames Valley TC :smile:

Hi! I’ve just come across your post because I have my AC for Shoosmiths coming up. I was wondering if you have any useful advice or would be willing to share any tips? I’m so nervous so any help would be really appreciated!

Ahh that’s great news, congratulations!
I know it was a while ago for you now so no worries if you can’t remember specifics, but is there anything you can tell me about the type of tasks you were given (written/pair/group)? I understand that the scenarios and tasks will be different each time but I’m just trying to get a better idea of the type of things they ask about/expect.
