If you look at the advertisement for the job, it will tell you which behaviours/strengths they will question you on. There will also be a link to information on these with PowerPoints on what level of criteria they want for each level, ie. AO, AA, EO, HEO etc

From that you can work out what type of questions they will ask or more so what they want to hear back as answers

They can ask a question in many forms all getting a similar answer back.
Also head to youtube and search for those behaviours and sample questions you should find some videos there to help
