I've found that I prefer to have a different colour ring binder for each subject (in most subjects I've done one for year 12 and I've got one ready to start year 13, but for psych I've done one per paper) so that I can transfer my notes into them. I've found it helps with organisation because each topic can have a divider. I also didn't want to keep each page in a plastic wallet so I bought some ring reinforcers on amazon and they've worked really well - they stop the holes ripping on the rings in the binder. I just keep plastic wallets for exam papers and things like that.
