Hi all I wanted to ask how hard is it to get these roles because I’ve applied to sooo many but keep getting rejected.

What sort of level are these roles and what is your level of education? In a university a research assistant is typically someone with a PhD able to do complex semi independent research, publish papers etc and they are often pretty competitive jobs to apply for.
